Is there a Role in Recruiting that allows closing Job Openings even if created new by another User?

We are HCM 9.2 Recruiting Solutions. We have only 2 employees that create job openings and post them. We would like them to be able to close any job opening even if they did not create it new.

Is there a Role that grants full permission to the Job Openings/Job Postings? We have given Recruiter and Recruiting Manager roles as delivered but still Job Openings can only be closed by the person who created it.
