How to populate F03012.CMC1 and F03012.CMC2 columns in 9.2 ?

Hi,

Currently we are upgrading from xe to 9.2. In P03013 application of Xe, we can see CMC1 (Account Manager) and CMC2 (Commission code 2) fields populated in Billing Page2 tab.

When it comes to 9.2, we don't have these columns in the application P03013 to populate. Can someone help me to find the way to populate these two columns of F03012?
