Agile upgrade from 9.3.4 to 9.3.6

I am planning to upgrade Agile PLM from 9.3.4 to 9.3.6. Can you pls. advise if it would make sense to go to oracle database 18c or 12.2.0.1 on linux environment? I am confused about the support end dates for 12.2.0.1 . it shows that the there won't be patches released for 12.2.0.1 after 2020.
