TFA managelogs feature doesnt work on database diagnostics locations?

Hi Team,

I installed the latest version of TFA 19.1 on one of our linux node. But when i run

/u01/grid/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/grid/tfa/node01/tfa_home/bin/tfactl managelogs -show usage -database, it lists no directories.

Is it required that my database diagnostics location should be in ORACLE_BASE ? Right now, we have our diagnostics location is in a different location.

Any leads are much appreciated.
