Derive tax rate from customer site

Hi,  We are changing the tax set up from STCC (from upgrade) to Regime Determination Set.

We will have several rules defined:

1) Get tax rate from the income account

2) If no tax rate defined on income account, then get the tax rate defined on the customer site

3) If no tax rate defined on the customer site, use a standard tax rate

# 3 is now working fine so this means that the tax engine is now working. I’m trying to define the #2 put I don’t get this to work. Anyone that can give me some hints on how to proceed? Tried to use the party fiscal classification but with now luck.
