Automatic Cash Application Functionality> Remittance lines menu item is disable

Hi Experts,

When setting up Automatic Cash Application Functionality according to the document (White Paper: Setup and Usage of New Automatic Cash Application Functionality) when considering the Changes in Receipts Form there should be new menu item “Remittance Lines” in the Tools menu of the receipt workbench. This Remittance Lines function is disable. Please be kind enough to guide in order to enable by providing a patch or any other work around.
