How to capitalize an expenditure

Hi,

I wan to knwo how the expenditure is capitalized?

As i know , the expenditure is capitalized in this order:

   1- In transaction controls Level :  the expenditure category is capitalizable in 'task level'

   2- if the  expenditure category is not mentionned in transaction controls Level then  we have to set  the 'capitalizable checkboox' to 'Yes' in the task level
