Configurator setups from 11i to R12

Hi Configurator Gurus,

We are re-implementing R12 from 11i. We have to migrate all the configurator setups but we are unable to see the models and Rules from the front end. Is there any profile we need to enable

The responsibilities used in 11i:

Oracle Configurator Developer

Oracle Configurator Administrator

Also, is there any major difference in the configurator module which we need to consider while re-implementing from 11i to R12.
