Collection status in AVDF is always idle

Hi

I have installed  Oracle Audit Vault (Audit Vault Server 12.2.0.7.0-0_171206.1600.x86_64) and have done post installation configuration. 

Problem is that in Audit trail collection status is always showing idle. I do not get report of certain object.

Another question is that if I do not configure Database Firewall, will I do not get report of certain object ?
