Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. hi experts,

i have read through several forum about the migration tool for the upgrade from FDM classic 11.1.2.1 to FDMEE 11.1.2.4.

but when i went into the link, that tool is missing.

if anyone have the patch 21379349, please provide me.
