Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle BI Publisher Desktop Error

Hello:

Having issues installing Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.2.0 on end-user's workstation.

The workstation currently has these System Requirements/Configurations:

Reserved IP for Workstation
Firewall Requirement for Workstation
Workstation Administrator Rights
Java 64-bit
Operating System (OS): Windows 10 Enterprise
64-bit
Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) Suite: Microsoft
Office 365 Pro Plus 64-bit (Office 2016)
Oracle Database Client Software: Oracle 12.1.0.2
PeopleTools:
8.55.12

I included an attachment with the error message. Has anyone had this error before and solved it? Would appreciate the help!
