OSwatcher bundled with TFA hasn't got -D option (create dashboard)

Hi

I just noticed, that OSWatcher that is bundled with TFA (latest version), there seems to be no options to create dashboard (-D option)

# ./tfactl print versionTFA Version : 19.2.1.0.0
