Unable to run Opatch

Hi Everyone,

I am new to applying Oracle Database patch.

Our database is on Oracle 11.2.0.4 running on AIX 6.1

For the latest patch, we had to upgrade the OPatch version, I download the OPatch with the below selections:

Description : OPatch patch of version 11.2.0.3.21 for Oracle software releases 11.2.0.x (APR 2019)

Release : Oracle 11.2.0.0

Platform or Language  : IBM AIX on POWER Systems(64bit)

After upgrading the Opatch, when we run opatch -version, we get output, but when we other commands like "opatch prereq CheckConflictAgainstOHWithDetail " or "opatch lsinventory "

then we are getting the below error:

/s00/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/oui/lib/aix/liboraInstaller.so (   0509-022 Cannot load module /s00/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/oui/lib/aix/liboraInstaller.so.
