Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Average Balance - computation

Please advise how to compute the quarter average aggregate amount.

We are recording transaction for Nov and we dont have balance in Oct period.

The expectation is that it Period and Quarter aggregate should have the same value.
