Need clarification on what type of service orders need to be used?

Need suggestions/clarification in service management
Business acts as 3rd party service provider. Following are some of the business process,
1. They get the inventory from customer, repair them and ship them back to customers. We can use normal service work orders by creating both RMA and Work order together.
2. Is there any process to automatically create RMA and service work orders?
3. They also send replacement inventory before customer ships the damaged inventory for repair process. After repair process is done, it shipped to customer and the replacement inventory is returned back.
4. They also arrange for 3rd party loaner.
5. Some items will be in warranty and some non-warranty.
