inter company material transfer

Dear Team,

Please assist

we don't have an licence for order management ,so are creating custom form to issue material to another operating unit

we need to understand if we are creation custom form we need to do the standard transaction in front end

Ex: we have created custom transaction type and linked with Inter company sales order standard transaction type ,Since we don't have an license for order management shall we use the standard transaction type and order management interface

Objective is to transfer materiel between operating unit
