R009502 Do not contain Action security data

Dear all experts,

Good days!

I am looking for a report which can show all the action security for all roles and user. I found there is a similar report (Security Workbench Audit Reports (R009501 and R009502)) are designed to generate a list of security definitions for Application, row, and column security type but they do not provide for action security type. Anyone can advise on this?
