Payments XML Template eText output showing in "???"

Hello, I have taken sample from existing XML NACHA template and trying to create custom template to fit my requirements.

I have got XML details to update the template after payment run with standard template, when I inserted payment elements/fields on the custom template and ran payment, It showing data eText output in "??" (question mark) for the line where field inserted.

Could anyone please let me know why ??? is showing......
