is it possible to customize Oracle ribbon tab menu in R12.2

in Reporting - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

In R12.2.7, we are getting new Oracle Ribbon tab menu (below screen shot), I want to know whether we can hide "Switch Responsibility" option below through any configuration?
