HA ldom live migration failure.

The default behaviour when a HA live migration fails is to attempt normail failover:

Migration of domain "test" to node2 failed, normal failover will be performed.

We experienced the above problem with a few ldoms during a "live migration" window that was suppose to be seamless, and ended up with downtime due to ldom restarts.

Even though the real issue could be related to a bug in cluster 4.3 we were wondering if there is a way to prevent the normal failover from happening ie: if live migration can happen, but fails for whatever reason don't attempt normal failover.
