Install GI 12.1.0.2 in Oracle Linux 7 - root.sh error in second-node

good morning

I'm trying to install a RAC 12.1.0.2 on Oracle Linux. I installed the fisrt  node and executed the

root.sh without problems. When it comes to executing the root.sh in the second node I get the following error:

OLR initialization - successful

2019/06/06 18:49:14 CLSRSC-507: The root script cannot proceed on this node orbdsmtest03 because either the first-node operations have not completed on node orbdsmtest02 or there was an error in obtaining the status of the first-node operations.

Died at /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/crs/install/crsutils.pm line 3835.

The command '/u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/perl/bin/perl -I/u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/perl/lib -I/u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/crs/install /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl ' execution failed
