Need Custom Web ADI that uploads ONLY

We managed to implement such an ADI once, but before we had a chance to figure out what differentiated this from a normal Web ADI (that allows both download/reporting and upload) the test database was lost and our notes were insufficient to reconstruct this...

If anybody knows what it takes to implement this, then that would be an immense help
