What is the purpose of load status 10 New, and load status 20 Pending?

Hello MOSC,

In E1 9.2 Transportation, what is the difference between load status 10 "New", and load status 20 "Pending"?

When a user creates a load in Load Build Program P4960, the load is of course new, and it is also pending approval. The users have asked if we can have just one load status prior to load approval.

In the current design, the load will be created, approved, put in transit, and delivered. Do we need two load status codes prior to approval?
