Sales Order: Restrict Customer Bill To & Ship To LOV View & Selection

In the sales order form we would like to restrict Ship To & Bill To only to the customer number selected and view only for the customer for which relationship is setup. Currently we observe that we able to view & select Ship To & Bill To of any different customer for one operating unit/country and same issue is not observed in other country

Please let us know the profile and particular setup as how we can restrict LOV view & selection of Ship To & Bill To (only for the customer number setup & relationship setup) as issue is observed only in OU and not exist in other OU
