ASM disk dropped in 12.2 but still in use by oraagent.bin

I'm migrating my ASM disks of a 12.2 RAC install from a storage array to a new one.

I have completed all the operations, adding the new disks and then dropping the old ones, both at ASM level and then with "oracleasm deletedisk ..." on one node and scandisks on the other node.

So far so good.

Now I would like to hot remove the old unused disks.

These disks are multipath luns on which I created a partition (and ASM disks was created on the partition), so I plan to first remove the partition and then remove the lun from OS.
