Department Row level security for creating job openings in TAM

Good day,

I don't think it's currently delivered but can anybody confirm that there is no department row level security in TAM when creating a job opening as a recruiter?  For example, recruiter A is in department 123.  Recruiter A can only select department 123 from the drop down and related positions in department 123 when creating a job opening.
