Siebel Muti AI,Siebel Server Upgrade

Hi Team,

We have upgraded our single server IP16 envs to IP17PS18.11 successfully through migration installation. Now we need to upgrade our multi server High Availability  environment. Currently we have 4 siebel servers,3 webservers and 1 gateway.The siebel server is native loadbalanced.

I have a couple of queries? Could you please help addressing them?

Could you please tell us about the AI load balancing setup in IP17? We have a load balancer URL that we are using in IP16 and it routes the request to the available to one of the 3 servers?

Could you also let us know where do we need to configure native loadbalancing for siebel servers? Is it through SMC, if yes could you let us know the steps?
