Depot Repair Service Types will not allow me to setup 2 different Billing Types for same Service Act
I am setting up Depot Repair, specifically creating 2 new Service Types to use on the estimate/actual charge area of Depot Repair.
I created 2 new service activities:
Billable (TC)
No Charge (TC)
and 1 billing type:
Expense (TC)
Both have appropriate order types tied to them and both are checked as Depot Repair types.
When I go to utilize them on the Depot Repair, Service Type setup form....It only lets me pick the first one I choose, its acting like it can't have 2 different service activities that use the same billing type.
This seems like a bug, because items can only have one billing type assigned to them on the service tab of the item part master/organization items form.....So you would create 2 different service activities that use different order types or in my case, 1 to charge the customer full price, and 1 to give them the depot repair service for no charge.
