FDM to FDMEE utility tool migration issue- ODI error

I was able to download and follow the migration utility insructions

but when i execute the extract setup step, i got error at the TBHUVALENTGROUP. below is the error message.

but when i check the values in the able, the maximum length is 19 for the longest value.

i am doubt, why am i gettign this error
