E-Kanban Custom Status Not Visible

Hello Team,

Added new custom status as 'Shipped' in the MTL_KANBAN_SUPPLY_STATUS. However not able to select this status while using
'Actions' tab. Not sure why the new custom status in not available for use

As per Oracle advice we have done the setup but still it is not visible.

"Custom Status should be  mapped to one of the existing statuses. So Customer to create the new status
  'Shipped' mapped to one of the existing 8 status.

  To Map 'Shipped' status to existing 'In Process' status, create a new one
  with code as 5.1. So Customer to add new custom status with additional
