Has anyone installed VEEAM backup Linux agent on Oracle Database Appliance

We have been using Commvault to backup our Oracle Database Appliance X4-2 for 5 years.  We have not seen any issue with it doing upgrades.  We have moved all our ODA VM's off the ODA to VMware with VEEAM as the backup software.

We are now migrating to ODA X7-2M's and thinking of installing VEEAM on the ODA.  the VEEAM Linux agent requires library dkms and we are worried it will cause issues during an upgrade.

Any thoughts would be helpful
