Unable to cancel sales order line
Hello,
I am unable to cancel a sales order line. It has not ship confirmed, invoiced, or sales updated. It was picked, but then was back ordered at ship confirmation, so there is no longer a pick number assigned to it.
The order was generated from demand, if that matters. Also, it is attached to a shipment, if that matters.
When I attempt to cancel the line, the cancel option briefly appears, then disappears from the row exit. I can use this P4210 version to cancel other sales order lines (its status change processing option is set above the sales order line's status).
