Apache HTTP server has stopped working - Windows Server

in Managing Middleware using Enterprise Manager (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I installed Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud control 13.3.0.0 on Windows server 2012R2 (64 bit), for some reason Apache httpd stops and won't be able to access OEM web Console.
