Application Disappear from Menu/Navigator

Hi Experts,

We are using JDE Xe and user reported that they are unable to see "Item Master" Option in Menu. Which was previously available for them to access from Menu/ Navigator. When I checked, the Item master application is not appearing in Menu for many users (including different roles) but when I checked with my credentials (ADMIN Role) I can able to see the same. I have attached the screen shot for reference.

Kindly advise how to add item master menu in task bar. What may be the reason for the same.

How to add item master table menu (p4101) in task view could you please advise steps and procedure for this activity.
