ROE help (Records of Employment)

Hello all,

I am ready to pull my hair out with trying to implement the ROE for our Canadian office, I am located in the USA so please excuse me if I use any wrong terminology.

The issue I am now struggling with,

1.When I run the create multiple XML ROE Web, the xml file (which need to be renamed to blk) does not include 27 pay periods of data for box 15C, it actually does not even include a consistent number of pay periods for each person..

     The people I selected for my test have all been here for years, one I am getting 18 PP, another 10 PP, another 9 PP, another 11
