Support of Continuous Query Notification in Oracle 12.2 CDB (multi tenant) database?

In the white paper https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/multitenant/overview/multitenant-wp-12c-2078248.pdf, dated from Feb 2018, it looks like CQN (continuous query notification) is fully supported a multi tenant environment.

In the MOS Doc ID 1511619.1, dated from April 2019, the concepts of pluggable databases in a Multitenant architecture are explained, and there CQN is not supported. It looks however this document is about 12.1 (release 1) and the whitepaper is about 12.2 (release 2).

Is CQN fully supported in a multi tenant environment in Oracle 12.2?
