Tax rate default from Branch Plant

I'd like to know if the Tax rates are ever defaulted from the branch plant/ business unit (F0006) TXA1 in jde 9.1. Just concerned that there may be some tax rates in the business unit that we would not like the sales orders to be defaulted from.
