Project Default Dashboard - Can we push or make "Summary" dashboard the default across all projects?

When projects are created, the default dashboard is now "Workspaces".   The "Summary" dashboard is by far more helpful for end users.   Might someone know....

1.  Can we make "Summary" dashboard the default in our project creation template?

2.  Is it possible to update all projects from the template to make "Summary" the default dashboard?

I can't seem to figure this one out, hoping someone out in Unifier land may be able to assist.
