Which solution should be used for a requestor who buys it's own goods?

Hi,

We are using EBS R12.2.4.

Our procurement process is mainly:

#1) Requestor creates a requisition for goods/services to buy. (Workflow approval is submitted)

#2) Buyer finds supplier and creates a PO to meet requisition. (Workflow approval is submitted)

#3) Invoice is matched to PO. (Workflow approval is submitted)

#4) Payment is made for invoice.

Under a certain amount, requestor can buy goods/services by himself.

We need a ligther version of our procurement process to record these purchases.

Any suggestions?
