How a BOL report based on trip stop be triggered during ship confirmation

Hi Experts,

   We are facing an issue in adding a new BOL report to the ship confirm document set. The new BOL report is based on trip stops. When it is run separately by entering trip name as parameter it is displaying the correct details. But when this is added to the shipping document set, the report output that is getting generated during ship confirmation is still looking at the deliveries only. Is there a way to resolve this so that the report output that gets generated will be based on trip stops and not based on deliveries.
