WO creation through MRP Messages

Dear All,

I have tried to create WO's through MRP messages and have manually added through   P3411 .

After clicking OK , I can see the manually added message for one BP (112128) and could not see for the other BP (2HC).

Planning parameters are all same...Anyone faced any issue like this before ?? I can see the entries at F3411 but not visible at P3411 Messages application for one BP.
