Addition of new VAT codes

Hello Experts

We have gone live with Oracle in 2011 with mostly all financial modules and few modules in supply chain. We had 5 OU’s and 6 VAT codes that time and now we have 200 operating units and recently got an email that business unit have a requirement to add another 34 plus VAT codes to the list. Creating 34 codes means creation of VAT tax codes and assigning every tax code to 200 plus OU’s which is a tedious job. Please let me know there is any solution/process/workaround where we can add new tax classification codes through some tool which
