Hello Roberto,

Until the disks and/or voting disk issue is resolved, the run of 'root.sh' would always fail. Since you are not able to bring up ASM on the 2nd node that has to be investigated further.

On reviewing the output from the recent run observe -

CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.cssd' on 'orbdsmtest03'

CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.diskmon' on 'orbdsmtest03'

CRS-2676: Start of 'ora.diskmon' on 'orbdsmtest03' succeeded

CRS-2883: Resource 'ora.cssdmonitor' failed during Clusterware stack start.

Notice that 'ora.cssd' did NOT come up. I believe this has to be looked into and could be the real cause of your problems. Since you executed 'root.sh' again we may have to repeat the earlier trace analysis to make sure nothing did change.
