Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Over Allocation for Move Order - Not Working

I have a similar problem as mentioned in Bug 27033234 (OVER ALLOCATION MODE DOESN'T WORK FOR MOVE ORDER TRANSFER REQUSITION).

The bug does not mention the solution, so I thought I'd ask this community.

basically, we have set the tolerance to 40, which is supposed to represent 40% over the move order quantity.

Our Move Order is for 40000 EA. There is 1 LPN (LPN # 123) available with a quantity of 55000 which is less than the 40% tolerance.

No matter what I do, the rules engine does not allocate LPN 123.

I've tried this before with sales orders and it works, but not Move Orders.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get this to work?
