CHAPS payment format

Hi there,

Is there already a payment write format that will generate a payment suitable for CHAPS (clearing house automated payment service)?

I found an enhancement request bug number 13451609 but cannot see if it was accepted or rejected and cannot find any reference to a CHAPS write program.  Wasn't sure if there was anything in a UK localisation.
