Changing SHA-1 to SHA-256 in ARCS

I am trying to enable SSO on our ARCS Cloud installation.

I have done all the setup and when I try and access an ARCS service our ADFS servers are communicating, however, ARCS is using SHA-1 algorythm and ADFS is set to use SHA-256.

Can ARCS be changed to transmit using SHA-256?
