EBS R12.1 installation failed while starting OPMN

Hi Everyone,

I am installing EBS R12.1.1 vison instance on my RHEL7.

Last phase of Rapid Install failed while starting OPMN servcies with below error:

19/06/03 22:12:30 [pm-internal] PM state directory exists: /E/EBS/VIS/inst/apps/VIS_hostname/ora/10.1.3/opmn/logs/states

19/06/03 22:12:30 [pm-internal] PM state file does not exist: /E/EBS/VIS/inst/apps/VIS_hostname/ora/10.1.3/opmn/logs/states/.opmndat

19/06/03 22:12:30 [pm-internal] OPMN server ready.  Request handling enabled.

19/06/03 22:12:30 [ons-listener] xx.xx.xx,6200: BIND (Cannot assign requested address)

this host is mentioned in /etc/hosts file and am able to ping it successfully.

Can someone help me on this.
