Fluid Enrollment: Submit Enrollment freezes for new hire

Hi Team

we are trying to implement Fluid Enrollment and we are in Image 30 and I ran into this issue. During a new hire enrollment, when I click on a Plan card and do the changes hit "Done", the page comes back to the summary page but the "SUbmit Enrollment" button is disabled. it does nothing if you click on it. I have to refresh the page (hit f5) to get that submit button working.Has anyone run into this issue?
