JDE 9.2 Trial HTML not loading

Hi Everyone,

appreciate your help in advance

i successfully have the E1 9.2 Trial on oracle cloud and was able to access JDE, orchestrator studio, orchestrator client with no issue for 10 days

today, i noticed that JDE doesn't show the login screen, however it doesn't return internal server error

i run the jde-html status command and everything seems to be running, but no login screen

i restarted the inestanse, stopped servies and started them in the sequence mentioned in the guide and no error, but still no jde login screen.

mentioned to say that 3 days ago i had a problem to access the log files using WinSCP in which i opened SR for it and it was advised to add opc to the oracle group. did that i opened my logs and was able to access JDE for 3 days... but not anymore .. not sure if the log issue is even relevant.
