What Updates the Reconciliation Status ( RECS) Feild In F41511

Hoping you and the in good health.

Just a quick question about the Bulk Stock, what cause the Dip
Reading(  Reconciliation Status( RECS) ) updated to Y using the P415106
only , it there any processing options or any set up to update this field in
F41511.
